All items must be returned within 15 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Products that are damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Only items damaged during shipping may be considered for return.

Handbags and shoes are not eligible for return if they have been worn or used.

Any product that is not authentic will be clearly disclosed in the product description.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the purchased items.

Products with a value exceeding $300.00 will be shipped free of charge.

Sales tax will be calculated based on the current tax rates provided by Ventura County, California.

Requests for expedited shipping will incur additional shipping charges.
